PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of crimping or cut connection guaranteeing sure recognition of defects. SOLUTION: With the production method of crimping in which at least one electric lead wire is crimped in a crimp terminal, force generated in the process of crimping or bonding is determined, and the force generated over the time and/or during the bonding is compared as an actual process curve with at least one required process curve by an evaluation unit, according to which, display of go or no go is made.
