PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer tap control method in a distributed monitor control system which can improve operability and maintenability, by removing extra layout of cable through reception of information among transformers and control devices with a transmission system. SOLUTION: This system is configured with a plurality of controlled stations 2-1,..., 2-n which are connected to control devices 4-1,..., 4-n via respective cables 5 for controlling the monitoring of each facility in a substation, and a control station connected to these controlled station via a transmission system 3. During control of transformer tap, the controlled station 2-1 requests the information required for the tap vertical control propriety determination processing via the transmission system 3 among the controlled stations 2-2,..., 2-n or between the control station 1 and the controlled stations 2-2,..., 2-n, and executes the tap vertical control propriety determination processing in the controlled stations or control station based on the response information from the other controlled stations.
