PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for gathering stuck materials to an overhead transmission line which can gather the stuck materials to the overhead transmission line safely and easily even in a hot-line state. SOLUTION: This device for gathering stuck materials to the overhead transmission line stretched between towers has a plurality of electrically insulating guide rollers which can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the overhead transmission line while rotating, an electrically insulating rotary brush which is brought into contact with the overhead transmission line and scratches off materials stuck to the overhead transmission line, and an electrically insulating collecting container which can collect the stuck materials scratched off by the electrically insulating rotary brush.
