PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic processing apparatus that can suitably be used by a listener when the listener has a lie-down and allows the listener to clearly listen to sound. SOLUTION: A pillow 3 is provided with speakers SL, SR. A head holder 31 holds the head of the listener and brings a position of the head of the listener on the pillow 3 at a prescribed position at all times with respect to the speakers SL, SR. A sound image localizing processing section applies sound image localizing processing to sound signals supplied to the speakers SL, SR and a correction processing section applies correction to the signals. Thus, the listener can always clearly listen to sound sounded from the speakers SL, SR of the pillow 3 without a sense of incongruity and feeling fatigue. |
