PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductor pattern forming method which utilizes a conductive photosensitive film capable of forming a conductor pattern on a wiring board at a low cost through a small number of processes. SOLUTION: This conductor pattern forming method comprises a laminating process of laminating a conductive photosensitive film 1 equipped with a photosensitive conductive layer 5 which contains a photopolymer component photosensitive to light hν and a conductor component on a wiring board PL and a light exposure process of exposing the photosensitive conductive layer 5 to light, corresponding to a conductor pattern, and a development process of removing an unexposed part NR from the exposed photosensitive conductive layer 5 by dissolution.
