SOLUTION: A single general BOOT is performed after determining the connection and the setting of a device 5 for using the QUICK BOOT. Then, after rebooting, the QUICK BOOT is specified to Enable. At first, the setting of SETUP stored in an involatile RAM 3 is confirmed in booting. If the QUICK BOOT is set to Enable, all the processing of the detection and the check of the connection device 5 by Plug & Play, etc., is skipped on assumption that the connection of the device is not changed from the booting, and the information processor is only initialized and quickly booted.</p>
