PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modifying device for an electronic mail information capable of automatically modifying even uncompleted command in which the format or order of command elements is different from a specified format or order or a command element is lacked, without waiting for input of a correct command. SOLUTION: The modifying device comprises a mail transmitting/receiving means for transmitting/receiving an electronic mail, a command element extracting means for extracting a command element from typical electronic mail information (a header, a title, a text, or the like), a data storing means for accumulating each extracted command element in a table form, an analyzing means for analyzing which command item (ID, password, date, time, name, address, phone number, mail address, or the like) each extracted command element indicates, and a correcting means for correcting the command elements having inappropriate format or/and order to command elements having appropriate format or/and order based on an analysis result by the analyzing means.
