<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water circuit (14) in which a hot water temperature sensor (19) is provided to detect the temperature of hot water from a hot water feeding device (5), and a hot water and cold water mixer (20) to mix together cold water flowing through a cold water circuit (15) and hot water flowing through the hot water circuit (14) and feeding the mixture to a hot water feeder (7). When the detecting temperature of the hot water temperature sensor (19) is lower than a set temperature S of the hot water feeder (20), a mixing ratio between hot water and cold water is controlled by the hot water and cold water mixer (20), such that the temperature of the mixture water is adjusted to a mixture target temperature MT lower than the set temperature S. In a so formed hot water and cold water mixing unit for a hot water feeder, even when cold water is further mixed in hot water in the hot water feeding device (5) in a state that temperature is lower than the set temperature S, a mixture ratio of cold water is suppressed to a necessary minimum limit. SOLUTION: A minimum increase temperatureΔT obtained by dividing a minimum heating value Wmin of the hot water feeder (7) divided by a flow rate O of mixture water is abstracted from the set temperature D to determine a mixture target temperature MT. When the detecting temperature of the hot water temperature sensor (19) is lower than the set temperature S, operation of the hot water and cold water mixer (20) is controlled such that the temperature of the mixture water is equalized to the mixture target temperature MT.</p> |
