PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively manufacture a constitutive member on the one hand, to easily install the constitutive member without a special tool on the other hand, and to allow the constitutive member to surely hold a measuring pipeline in a groove even under variously different operation conditions of a machine. SOLUTION: This constitutive member is formed in the shape of a disk 1. The disk 1 has a cutting edge 3 on a peripheral surface. The cutting edge 3 is not consistently formed over the whole periphery, and is composed of two partial cutting edges 3' and 3" mutually positioned on the opposite side on the peripheral surface. |
