PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a sufficient vacant space to store traffic control equipment on a transportation truck deck when traffic control signs are loaded on the deck, prevent breakage and damage caused by friction, collision and the like between the traffic control signs or between the traffic control signs and the other traffic control equipment, and create a function enabling an operator standing on a road to grip the traffic control signs and unload or load them alone when installing and collecting them. SOLUTION: A device is so designed that a dedicated frame for loading, storing and fixing a traffic control sign is arranged in a space over a transportation truck deck, and the dedicated frame is turned about 90 degrees via a turning function of a turning arm as a frame column.
