PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of execution of works by easily fitting a newly built sash frame without cutting out a projecting part from the outer surface of a window sill case in the lower frame of an existing sash frame. SOLUTION: This remodeling sash has a newly built sash frame 13 of a semi-exterior settling type fitting to the sash frame 4 of the existing sash 3 of an interior settling type fitted to an opening part 2 of a building. A fitting member 16 is provided at least on the lower frame 4b in the exterior inner periphery of the existing sash frame 4, and the exterior surface of the fitting member 16 is substantially flush with the exterior surface of a window sill 1a. The lower frame 13b of the newly built sash frame 13 is provided with a fitting fin 15 in the outer periphery in the substantially middle part in the direction of the interior and the exterior, and the fitting fin 15 is fixed to the exterior surface of the fitting member 16 with a fixture 24.
