PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method capable of three-dimensionally precisely, quickly and easily measuring the dispersion state of a low molecular weight compound dispersed in a polymer. SOLUTION: A sample 3 having a known mass is adhered to a vibrating element consisting of a piezoelectric element 1 and an electrode 2 as a reference, and the additional rigidity dependence to an added mass is measured from the fluctuation of vibration characteristics in vertical wave mode and share wave mode of the vibrating element, and a high-order structure in the polymer is measured from the analysis of the additional rigidity dependence.
