PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily constructable drain pipe structure and a saddle joint. SOLUTION: This drain pipe structure is characterized in that the saddle joint 2 is installed on an outer peripheral surface of a main drain pipe 1 precedently laid under the floor of a building by covering a peripheral edge part of a through hole 11 of a pipe wall, and the other end of a branch pipe 3 having one end connected to a drain port of an equipment-apparatus arranged in the building is connected to the main drain pipe 1 via the saddle joint 2.
