PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat exchanger, in which even if there are small variations in the sizes of end plates 9, 10 and in folding of the plate, the height of an part 11 bent inside is held in a predetermined height, and brazing strength of the end plates 9, 10 to flat tubes 2 is enhanced. SOLUTION: The part 11 is formed by bending inside from the longitudinal direction of the end plates 9, 10 to the side of the flat tube 2. An externally bent part 12 is formed by bending outside in the end of the bent part 11 along the tube 2. The bent part 12 is brazed firmly to the tube 2.
