PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable carrying work of a decking steel plate and the like even when water or snow adhere to a surface of the decking steel plate and the like is firmly frozen and cannot be removed by a scraper, and the adsorption force of a magnet device is lowered to make the magnet device fall down. SOLUTION: In this magnet device 10, a supporting frame 23 supporting a lifting magnet 22 is rockably journalled to a coupling frame 21 coupled to a working vehicle, and a spring 25 is provided between the coupling frame 21 and the supporting frame 23 with being separated to right and left sides. A scraper 31 is provided in front of the supporting frame 23. A holding portion 40 provided with a clipping mechanism forming a holding groove 41 by an upper jaw 42 and a lower jaw 42 is provided behind the supporting frame 23.
