PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a wood four-blended molding capable of imparting a tint wooden style molding by suppressing a carbonization of a wood flour. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a wood four-blended thermoplastic resin injection molding comprises a supply step of supplying a thermoplastic resin and the wood flour, a transfer step of transferring the supplied resin and wood flour while removing a gas component and a moisture, a kneading step of melting the resin by heating, kneading the transferred resin and wood flour, and preparing a molten composition, a metering step of metering the molten composition while gas bleeding from the molten composition, and a step of molding the molding by pouring the molten resin gas bled by the metering unit under the pressure of 0.5 to 100 MPa. |
