PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for performing temperature measurement of the internal temperature of a metal vessel, a large tank or the like wirelessly by utilizing an ultrasonic wave. SOLUTION: This noncontact temperature measuring device is characterized by having a constitution wherein a sensor formed by storing in a vessel a piezoelectric vibrator whose resonance frequency is changed corresponding to temperature fluctuation and an oscillation circuit for oscillating the piezoelectric vibrator is positioned in a measuring object, and an ultrasonic vibration transmitted from the sensor is received through a probe including an ultrasonic transducer to detect the resonance frequency of the sensor, and thereby the temperature of the measuring object is measured.
