PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the distribution of heat generation and to reduce the usage of a ferrite core by arranging the ferrite cores constituting a magnetic circuit by leaving space in between in a fixing device using an IHF. SOLUTION: 1. The ferrite core constituting the magnetic circuit is arranged to be T-shaped in a heating roller. 2. The ferrite core is divided into several pieces and arranged in a longitudinal direction. 3. The several ferrite cores are arranged by leaving the specified space in between. 4. The respective ferrite cores are arranged so that gaps between the ferrite cores are not superposed on each other.
