PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for automatically adjusting the internal and external angle of view of the rear view mirror of a vehicle to necessary appropriate values without requiring for an operator to touch a button or a key inside the vehicle. SOLUTION: A turn detector 21 generating a first trigger signal in correspondence with the first turn operation of the vehicle by the operator is mounted on the vehicle, a first drive circuit 23 is electrically connected to the turn detector, and the rear view mirror 31 is moved from an initial position to a specified position along a first direction in correspondence with the first trigger signal generated by the action of the first drive circuit.
