METHOD FOR ADHERING FASTENER TO SEAT CUSHION

PURPOSE: A method for adhering a fastener to a seat cushion is provided to easily separate a fastener member from a mold by fixing a metallic support body and a cotton fastener on the mold and adhering the first fastener member repeatedly to the mold. CONSTITUTION: A method for adhering a fastener to a seat cushion comprises the steps of: inserting metallic support bodies(20) into a plurality of long grooves(11) in a mold(10); adhering a cotton fastener(21) with an adhesive to the top of the metallic support bodies(20); coupling a first fastener member(22) with the top of the cotton fastener(21); injecting a foaming agent into the mold(10) and molding the seat cushion; separating the seat cushion from the cotton fastener(21) fixed on the mold(10); and sewing a second fastener member on the inside of a seat cover.
