SOLUTION: The maximum input of the battery is calculated in 0 of residual capacity based on the maximum output and the minimum input of the battery in a certain residual capacity, and a table specifying a relation between the maximum intput and the residual capacity of the battery is generated based thereon. The residual capacity of the battery is calculated based on the table specifying the relation between the maximum intput and the residual capacity of the battery and the maximum input in the present time.
