PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food-forming apparatus for forming the food by wrapping an inner material with an outer covering material, capable of precisely sealing the outer covering material in a state in which the inner material is arranged in the outer covering material. SOLUTION: This food-forming apparatus has a first shatter 1, a second shatter 2 arranged at the lower position thereof, and a supporting means 6 arranged at the lower position of the second shatter 2. The collecting amount of the outer covering material F is regulated by properly regulating the timing of starting the operation of the second shatter 2 following the starting of the operation of the first shatter 1, and the position of a supporting member 60 is properly regulated to regulate the amount of the periphery part of the outer covering material F to be collected to enable the inner material to be precisely wrapped with the outer covering material F so as to correspond to the outer covering material and the inner material G which have various sizes. |
