Provided are a laminate film for insert molding which shields the electromagnetic interference generated at the inside of an electronic equipment, and a method for preparing the laminate film. The laminate film comprises a transparent first film(11) which has the letter, sign or design printed on the inside; a transparent, semi-transparent or opaque second film(14) which is thermally bonded to the surface where the design is printed; first and second metal screens(12,13) for hologram which are arranged crossly between the first and second films before the thermal bonding to allow the molten product of the first and second films to be penetrated into the mesh of the metal screens. Preferably the first metal screen is a metal or a plated metal with a color different from the second metal screen.
