PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for producing electrolytic water in which water pressure of acidic water for disinfection and sterilization of a sink is increased at the acidic water intake and air bubbles during sampling are not sucked. SOLUTION: T-shaped first solution tanks 61a and 61b of a hermetically sealed structure having a recessed part are provided at the output ports of the electrolytic water of an electrolytic bath 11, respectively. The electrolytic water is stored into an acid water tank 86a and an alkaline water tank 86b which are provided at an upper part by using water pressure from a valve 16, and the electrolytic water is guided to the intake of the sink therefrom. The electrolytic water is simultaneously sampled from the recessed part of the first solution tanks 61a and 61b, sent to a second solution tank 67 by squeegee pumps 73 and 74 at a mixing part 60a, agitated and mixed by a motor 72, and then sent to a flow cell 31 via a filter 69 and a squeegee pump 75. Light from a light source 32 is transmitted through the flow cell 31 and a concentration is measured by using photocells 36 and 37 based on a dual-wavelength method.
