PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fixing workability of a cylinder cutter. SOLUTION: This cylinder cutter is equipped with a pair of feed rolls which rotate waste straw to be transported sot that the waste straw is fed in the culm-length direction to a cutting part and with a plurality of screw blades 10 in the circumferential direction, which successively cut the tip part of the waste straw supplied by the feed rolls in cooperation with a stationary blade 9. The screw blade supporting surface 14a of a rotary supporting member 14 for supporting the screw blades 10 and a face 10a to be supported of the screw blades 10 are formed on a cylindrical face around the central axis P of a cylinder.
