PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge solubilization treatment method of a low cost which can reduce the weight of a solid content. SOLUTION: The solid content of the sludge is reduced by immersing metallic electrodes into the sludge, applying an AC voltage thereto to give rise to electrolysis and blowing ozone formed from the oxygen in air into the sludge.
