PURPOSE: A multi-purpose boat is provided allow for an ease of transportation, while permitting the boat to be used for water transportation and as a leisure boat. CONSTITUTION: A multi-purpose boat(a) comprises a front portion(1) and a rear portion(2) which are separable from each other. The front portion is arranged to be foldable, and the rear portion is arranged to be movable by wheels(32). The front portion and the rear portion are interconnected with each other through a connection unit including a connection shaft(13) fixed to the rear portion through a shaft and which has a roller(12) mounted on the connection shaft; connection lever connected to a hydraulic cylinder, which is rotatable centering from the shaft; connection members mounted at the front portion of the boat in such a manner that the connection members are attachable/detachable to/from the connection shaft; a first stopper member having a stopper protrusion and a pedal; a second stopper member fixed at the front portion of the boat; and a connector mounted at the rear portion of the boat.
