PURPOSE: A timer gas valve is provided to cut off gas on a predetermined time by installing a timer at an intermediate valve in such a manner that users set using time and reserve cut-off time of a gas range. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate valve has a ball valve. The ball valve is cut off by transferring a compression force of a spring to a driving shaft formed between a valve handle(23) and a ball(9) of the ball valve. The spring is connected to a lever. The compression force of the spring is transferred to the driving shaft by means of wires(7,8) through a wire connecting part(24). A terminal part of the wire(7) is connected to a wire bank by passing through a rod occupying about a quarter of the wire connecting part(24). The lever has a spring connecting groove in order to vertically install the spring. An inner portion of the lever has a hook shape so as to be coupled to a lever coupling part. As a timer operates, a timer operating section is positioned at a slot formed in a lever locking part and vertically moved up and down.
