PURPOSE: A beverage container with a straw is provided to suck the content in the container and transport the content in the container to another container. CONSTITUTION: The container(1) comprises a container body(100) for containing content and a cover(200) covered on the upper part of the container body(100). The cover(200) has a support(203) to be coupled with a straw(210), a content discharging device. The upper part of the straw is foldable to a predetermined length by a folding portion(213) from an operating portion(211) having a side discharge opening(212) vertically moving on the support. The end is inserted into an insertion portion(204) having an air inlet hole(205) and is kept enclosed. The lower part of the straw is extended to a predetermined length from the operating portion.
