CONTROL DEVICE OF HIGH PRESSURE AMMONIA WATER VALVE HAVING TRANSFORMATION PREVENTING FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A control device of high pressure ammonia water valve having transformation preventing function is provided which not only sufficiently receives change of the valve according to expansion and contraction, but also detects the change promptly by improving structure of valve for controlling supply of the ammonia water. CONSTITUTION: The control device of high pressure ammonia water valve having transformation preventing function comprises a double-acting cylinder(100) which is installed on a fixed frame(22) for supporting a coal charging car in such a way that the double-acting cylinder(100) is moved back and forth and rotated; a base link(200) that is fixed to a cylinder rod(110) of the double-acting cylinder(100); a base frame(300) that is fixed with being spaced apart from the base link(200); a sensing sensor that is installed on the floor surface inside the base frame(300) and electrically connected to a control part(700); a cushion sensing rod(500) that is contacted with the sensing sensor and fixed to the central part of the base frame(300) in such a manner that the cushion sensing rod(500) is elastically ascended and descended; a pair of hook heads(400) that are symmetrically arranged to each other at both sides of the cushion sensing rod(500) around the cushion sensing rod(500) and projected onto the upper surface of the base frame(300) so that the hook heads(400) are elastically operated; and a rotation sensing part(600) which is fixed to the fixed frame(22) and arranged by penetrating the base frame(300), and which transmits sensed signals to the control part(700) by sensing the rotation state of the base frame(300).
