SOLUTION: An agent registers source data for advertisement, for which contract is concluded with a requester, in a control computer 1. The control computer 1 uses radio data communication (PHS or the like) to send the registered source data to a moving vehicle 3 (a routine bus or a taxi), which is preliminarily contracted with and has a display monitor and a speaker mounted on a vehicle main body, after data conversion on the basis of a determined televising schedule.
