PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a roller for image forming device by which a resin coating layer having uniform thickness is formed by a dip coating method, and a dip coating device and a roller for image forming device. SOLUTION: In this method for manufacturing the roller for image forming device in which a resin coating layer is formed on the surface of the roller by the dip coating method, a straightening plate is disposed on the side of the coating liquid supply port of a dip tank, whereby the flow direction and the flow velocity of a coating liquid in the dip tank are uniformized. Then, the roller is immersed in the coating liquid floating uniformly so as to form a coating film on the surface of the roller, and is taken out and dried, whereby the resin coating layer is formed on the surface of the roller. |
