In this case, a high frequency band or a low frequency band is assigned to the MD equipment or the charging stand, and each signal of a frequency corresponding to each transmission information of the MD equipment is outputted from the transmitting circuit 1A, and each signal of a frequency corresponding to each transmission information of the charging stand is outputted from the transmitting circuit 2A, and the transmission information of the other side equipment is judged from the number of counts of the rising or falling of the signals received by the receiving circuit 1B and the transmitting circuit 2B.
