<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share a connector for a memory card, regardless of a mounting position for upper and lower surfaces of a board. SOLUTION: This connector 10 for the memory card comprises a housing 12, a plate 14 for shield, a lock mechanism 16 and a connector pin holding part 18. In the connector pin holding part 18, a plurality of connector pins 26 in contact with each terminal 24b of the memory card 24 are arranged side by side. The connector pin 26 has a connecting part 26d projecting to a back face side of the connector pin holding part 18, a first terminal 26e provided at a lower end of the connecting part 26d, and a second terminal 26f provided at an upper end of the connecting part 26d. Since the connecting part 26d of the connector pin 26 is provided with the first terminal 26e and the second terminal 26f, a mounting surface of the board 30 can be mounted on the board 30 without changing a mounting direction, even if the mounting surface is on the upper surface side or the lower surface side.</p> |
