ACTUAL SPACE CODING TRANSMISSION SYSTEM WITH USAGE OF A PLURALITY OF CAMERAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively transmit information by suitably selecting a camera at actual space coding transmission with the usage of a plurality of cameras. SOLUTION: Camera selection control devices 1 to 5 select a camera necessary for virtual space constructing devices 1 to 8 based on information of dynamic object gravity center position detection devices 1 to 6 and subject position detection devices 1 to 9. The camera selection control devices 1 to 5 transmit transmission control information to transmission control parts 1 to 4 in coding devices 1 and 2 corresponding to the respective cameras. The transmission control parts 1 to 4 notify image and position information coding parts 1 to 3 whether transmission is possible or impossible. In respective decoding devices 1 to 7, an image and position information are decoded and transmitted to the virtual space constructing devices 1 to 8 so that a virtual space is constructed.
