PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication that can efficiently realize the FCS (Fast Cell Selection). SOLUTION: The communication system is provided with a plurality of base stations A103 to C105 that receive data from a data distributor 101 and can synchronize a data storage state and with a mobile station 106 that can select a base station with which the mobile station makes communication under a prescribed condition in the case of wireless communication with them. In a plurality of the base stations A103 to C105, the data storage state of the base station selected by the mobile station 106 is synchronized with the data storage state of the other base stations.
