<p>The device comprises one or more parts, divided into different areas such as a heat receiving plate, heat conveying plate, and heat dissipating plate. In one form, all areas are integrated in one piece. In a multi-part form, one or more areas comprise separate plates, thermally coupled to each other. The plates can be attached to the disc drive so that the heat receiving plate lies directly on the surface of a chip or heat-emitting part of the housing. The heat conveying or heat emitting plate is attached to one or more housing walls, or formed as a cooling wall integrated in the housing.</p> |
