PURPOSE: A system for controlling air flow rate of an air conditioner duct for bus is provided to improve cooling efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A system includes a re-circulation duct(9) installed for part of chilled air to be introduced from one sides around outlets(3) and reintroduced to one side of an inlet of a blower(5); opening and closing devices(13) opening inlets(11) of the re-circulation duct as the outlets are closed; a flux sensor(15) installed on a path in which chilled air is collected and flows to output fixed signal according to flux of chilled air reintroduced to the inlet of the blower; and a controller(17) outputting fixed actuating signal for a blower motor(7) according to flux signal input by the flux sensor.
