摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning structure of optical rails which is capable of positioning the optical rails to the side plates of a scanner frame with high accuracy without degrading the traveling properties of a traveling frame. SOLUTION: Salient boss sections 8c having a columnar shape are formed at the proper points of the front and rear side plates 81 and 82 of the scanner frame 8 consisting of galvanized steel and on the other hand, circular hole sections 16d of the diameter approximately equal to the diameter of the columnar sections of the boss sections 8c are formed to the rail members 16 constituted by using stainless steel sheets and the boss sections 8c and the circular hole sections 16d are fitted to each other, by which the rail members 16 are positioned to the front and rear side plates 81 and 82.
