PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a generation of an impact even when an acceleration of an initial range of mold closing and a deceleration of a final range of mold opening are set abruptly in a molding machine using a toggle linkage. SOLUTION: The molding machine abruptly accelerates a cross head of the toggle linkage at a predetermined distance at an initial time of a mold closing stage to move the head, then once stops or decelerates the head, controls to abruptly accelerate the head to move the head at a stage in which a movable die plate can follow a movement of the head without delay, decelerates the head moving at a fast speed before the head is in a final range of the mold opening step for abruptly decelerating the head, then accelerates the head, and controls to abruptly decelerate the head at a stage in which the die plate can follow to the movement of the head without delay.
