PURPOSE: A yellow soil bottom plate of an ondol and a method for constructing the same are provided to reduce noise by burying a noise absorbing vessel in a corner of the bottom plate. CONSTITUTION: A basic cement mortar is coated on a bottom surface and a main bottom plate(100) is placed on the bottom surface. Finishing bricks(200) are stacked on an outer peripheral portion of the main bottom plate(100). A noise absorbing vessel(300) is buried in a corner of the main bottom plate(100). A hot water pipe(500) is arranged in such a manner that the hot water pipe(500) passes through an upper burying slot(100a) and the finishing bricks(200). A sound absorbing mortar(400) is coated on an upper portion of the finishing bricks(200) corresponding to a height of the main bottom plate(100). Then, a glass net is arranged over a whole area of the structure. Then, a yellow soil finishing mortar is coated on the structure.
