摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid intersections of anodic oxidization wiring and input wiring for a semiconductor chip in a liquid crystal display device provided with the anodic oxidization wiring for forming an anode oxidizing film on the surface of scanning lines. SOLUTION: Two semiconductor chip mounting areas 37 are seruially arranged on a right side projecting part 32a projecting from a counter substrate 33 of an active substrate 32. The input terminals 43 in the upper side semiconductor mounting area 37 and the external connection terminals 46 are connected via input wiring 48, 52 arranged on the upper face of the active substrate 32 and vertical conduction materials 49, 51 for connecting between the input wiring 50 arranged on the bottom face of the counter substrate 33 and each wiring. As a result, the input wiring consisting of the input wiring 50 or the like can be arranged so as to avoid intersecting the anodic oxidation wiring 53 connected with the output terminals 42 in the bottom side semiconductor chip mounting area 37.
