PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulling-out method and apparatus of forgings capable of having high productivity and also forming high-quality forged products. SOLUTION: 1. In the pulling-out method of the forgings pulled out from a mold by means of a first knockout knocking on around a central axis of the processed forging and a second knockout arranged on an outer peripheral side of the first knockout, the method is to push and pull out the second knockout to the side of the forging at the same speed with the first knockout after pushed out the first knockout to the side of the forging by a designated amount. 2. The pulling-out apparatus comprises the first knockout arranged along the central axis of the forging and pushing out the forging to an axial direction, and the second knockout being asymmetrical to the first knockout and capable of moving toward the same direction on the central axis.
