PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medal game machine composed of a plurality of game machine units, which can deliver medals between game machine units, performing a medal mass-display when excess or deficiency exists in medals among the game machine units. SOLUTION: The medal game machine consists of a plurality of game machine units which are arranged in the periphery of a prescribed axis and share at least a part of a case. Each game unit has an elevator mechanism for carrying the medals to the neighborhood of the prescribed axis in the upper part of the case from each medal storing device. A medal distributing mechanism for distributing the medals carried by the elevating mechanism to the respective game units is arranged near the prescribed axis in the upper part of the case. The medal game machine is provided with a slope in front of each game machine unit juncturally to the distributing mechanism and the medals from the distributing mechanism are guided to the slope. Then, a player visually recognizes a state where the medals are slid on the slope and the medals fall into the medal storing device of each game machine unit.
