PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spatter collecting apparatus in which a bag filter can be prevented from being damaged even when the bag filter is used therein and the necessity of bag filter exchanging work can be eliminated. SOLUTION: A swirl vane unit 1 is arranged at a suction opening 5 of a suction duct 4 connected to a local exhausting unit 20. The periphery 2 of a pipeline welding part 6 is surrounded by a greenhouse 3 and spatters 7 scattering in the air from the part 6 are sucked from the opening 5 together with the peripheral air. The spatter 7-mixed air current 8 is transformed into a swirling current 9 by the unit 1 so that the spatters 7 are separated from the swirling current 9 and collected.
