PURPOSE: A circuit for controlling the cooling of a CPU is provided to detect a malfunction of a temperature sensor, and to operate a power output terminal stably by using an electronic cooling element and the temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION: The circuit comprises the CPU(10), a cold sink(20), the electronic cooling element(30), a heat sink(40), a fan motor(50) and a cooling controller(100). The cold sink(20) comprises a metal pad, such as a copper plate and an aluminum plate, outputting the heat generated from a computer part by installing to an upper part of a CPU package. The electronic cooling element(30) adhered to the upper part of the cold sink(20) cools the cold sink(20) to a set temperature by receiving the power according to the control of the cooling controller(100). The heat sink(40) is installed to the upper part of the electronic cooling element(30) and discharges the heat transferred from the electronic cooling element(30) through a plurality of heat emitting fins(45). The fan motor(40) cools the heat emitting fins(45) by installing to one side of the heat sink(40).
