PURPOSE: A wastewater purifying treatment method using repeated oxidation and neutralization reaction is provided, which can complete hydrolysis by oxidation reaction within 0.1sec, purify wastewater below the discharge thresholds of BOD, COD, SS, N and P without any additional devices to the existing facilities, diminish the treatment cost to one fifth of the existing plants and reduce the required area of construction to one fifth. CONSTITUTION: The treatment method comprises as follows: (i) dilute an oxidation agent such as iron salt and aluminum salt with water in a ratio of 1:1-5; (ii) mix high concentration wastewater with the diluted solution of the oxidation agent in a ratio of 100:0.1-5 to hydrolyze by rapid oxidation; (iii) induce catalytic action of phase change and contact catalytic action to deposit contaminants in wastewater as solid; and (iv) feed alkaline agents such as sodium salt and calcium salt to neutralize and crystallize fine particle.
