摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-temperature oxide superconductor Josephson magnetic flux element based on a new principle of operation utilizing the Josephson magnetic flux peculiar to a laminated Josephson junction structure existing in a high-temperature oxide superconductor single crystal. SOLUTION: This high-temperature oxide superconductor Josephson magnetic flux element is made to have the principle of operation which generates periodic vibrations in a Josephson magnetic flux flow voltage (Josephson magnetic flux flow resistance), by causing quantized Josephson magnetic flux to go in and out of a Josephson junction (2) by forming the junction (2) by finely working a bismuth 2212-based high-temperature oxide superconductor single crystal (1), and generating the Josephson magnetic flux flow voltage (Josephson magnetic flux flow resistance) by making a current to perpendicularly flow to the surface of the Josephson junction and, in addition, impressing a magnetic field upon the surface in almost parallel with the surface.
