PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-processor device capable of generally distributing a load without preparing a processor used exclusively for a load distribution. SOLUTION: First to Nth processors 101-1 to 101-N measure CPU use rate for specified intervals and store the measured values in a CPU use rate storage area 102a. A Mth (M<N) processor monitors the CPU use rate of the (M+1)th monitored processor to form the monitoring link of the CPU use rate. Where the CPU use rate of the Mth processor is AM and that of the (M+1)th processor is A (M+1), if AM>A (M+1) is not established, the Mth processor processes an inputted instruction and, when AM>A (M+1) is established, the Mth processor transmits the inputted instruction to the (M+1)th processor.
