ASSEMBLING STRUCTURE OF HIGH PRESSURE HOSE

PURPOSE: Continuous protrusions are formed in a pipe, and a sleeve is inserted to the pipe to relieve axial force, thereby improving durability and life span of the high pressure hose for steering system of an automobile. CONSTITUTION: A high pressure hose assembly(3) comprises a sleeve(10), a high pressure hose(20) and a pipe(30). The sleeve has one end of wave shape. The other end of the sleeve has a vertical part(12) bending the wave shape to an axial direction. The high pressure hose is inserted to the sleeve having the same wave shape at one end. The other end of the high pressure hose has a hollow cylindrical shape. The pipe has a first protrusion(32), a second protrusion(34) and a third protrusion(36). One end of the high pressure hose is inserted to the bordering part of the first and second protrusion.
